GUIDING PRINCIPLES

My goal is to create timeless courses that will capture the hearts and souls of golfers worldwide. Inspired by Golden Age designers like MacKenzie, Tillinghast  and Thomas who created compelling challenges beloved by experts and novices alike, I aim to excite future generations with tempting and beautiful golf puzzles that can be solved in a variety of ways.

I believe that nature is golf’s greatest asset and hope to help return the game to its sustainable roots by finding features in the land, as opposed imposing ideas upon it.

I feel that the best results come from a dedicated team working towards a common goal. I take pride in spending a great deal of time on the ground in order to find the least intrusive and most efficient solutions and ensuring that each feature is expertly crafted to stand the test of time.
